Independent educational use
FAA A&P Exam Prep is an independent educational study aid. It is not affiliated with, approved by, sponsored by, or endorsed by the Federal Aviation Administration. It does not guarantee a passing score, predict exact FAA questions, award a certificate, or replace an authorized instructor, designated mechanic examiner, or approved and current maintenance data.
Learners are responsible for confirming current FAA eligibility, testing, certification, and maintenance requirements. Content must not be used as authority to perform aircraft maintenance or return an aircraft to service.
Paid access
Paid products provide the access period and capabilities displayed by the App Store at purchase. Purchases, refunds, taxes, storefront prices, and restoration are administered by Apple. A revoked or expired transaction no longer grants paid access. Locally owned study history is not deleted merely because access expires.
Content rights
Government publications may be reproduced or referenced under applicable public-work rules. Original questions, explanations, software, visual design, and rights-safe redraws remain protected. Users may not extract, resell, publish, or use the content to build a competing question bank.
No exam or maintenance guarantee
To the extent permitted by law, the app is provided without a guarantee of exam outcome or fitness for maintenance work. Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.
