How do I save a word from another app?
Select a word or text in Safari, Mail, News, or any app, tap the system Share button, and choose “Vocab Cards.” The word is saved to your deck with its definition and source context.
Does my vocabulary sync across my devices?
Yes. Vocab Cards syncs privately through your own iCloud account, so your words appear on all your devices automatically. No separate account or login is required.
What does Vocab Cards Unlimited include?
Unlimited is a one-time purchase (no subscription) that removes the free-tier card limit so you can capture as many words as you like.
How do I restore my purchase?
Open the app, go to the upgrade screen, and tap “Restore Purchases.” Make sure you're signed in to the same Apple ID you used for the original purchase.
How does the review scheduling work?
Vocab Cards uses a proven SM-2 spaced-repetition algorithm to show each card right before you'd forget it. Each day, review the cards that are due to move words from “new” to “known.”
Is my data private?
Yes. Your words are stored in your own iCloud account and on your device. We don't collect personal data. Definitions are fetched from a public dictionary service.
